What we collect
When you complete the application, we may collect your name, project requirements, musical preferences, budget range, readiness to proceed and booking activity. The scheduling provider may also process the booking details you choose to submit.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your request, recommend the right production or pack direction, contact you about your project, arrange a call and keep internal lead records. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.
How it is handled
Application responses are sent to an internal Google Sheets workspace used by nxteamlab. Booking is provided through Cal.com. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and only to support the services requested through this site.
Consent and retention
We process application data only when you choose to send it through the form. We keep it only as long as needed to answer your request, plan a potential collaboration or maintain basic internal records.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, object to processing or request data portability where applicable. Email nxteamlab@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. You may also contact your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have not been respected.
Cookies and external services
This website does not use advertising trackers by default. Essential browser storage may be used to prevent a partially completed application from being lost. External services such as Google Fonts, Cal.com and Google Sheets may process limited technical data needed to provide their service.
