No license through a preview
Listening to an audio preview, viewing a pack page or completing the application gives no right to use the music. Any use begins only after nxteamlab confirms the license or custom-production agreement in writing.
What is confirmed case by case
Before anything is shared, the written conversation identifies the exact beat or production, the permitted use, ownership structure, crediting, files included, release limits (if any), exclusivity, split information and any approval or revision process.
Custom work
Custom production is scoped to the artist and project discussed. Ownership, master rights, publishing, producer credit and any exclusivity are never assumed: they are stated in the written agreement or invoice terms for that project.
Third-party clearance
The artist is responsible for ensuring that lyrics, vocals, samples, trademarks and other material they provide are cleared for the intended release. nxteamlab does not grant rights to material supplied by someone else.
Credit
Where a license or production agreement requires it, producer credit must be used exactly as stated in the final agreement. Contact us before release if you need a credit line, split confirmation or metadata guidance.
